Jan adopted little April for her mother, who resides in a nursing home. April has been renamed Honey Bear and she now lives a very special life.

At night and on the weekends, Honey Bear lives with the Activities Director, Nicole and her son. But she spends every day with Jan's mom.

Jan told us, "This truly was the best gift anyone could have given my mother. Thank you for helping to make it possible."
