Darling Emma has a new home with Monica and Roger.

Monica writes, "I just wanted you to know that Emma is settling in great in her new home. She’s got 2 very loving and doting parents who are trying to be firm and let her know who her pack leaders are, but she is so cute, at times I admit it’s very hard. :-)

She is finally sleeping through the night and can handle being alone for a few hours at a time. She still hates it when we leave her in the house alone, but over time I am certain she’ll get used to it. I ended up putting a leash on her when she was in the crate and tugged on it each time she started to whine or claw at the crate opening. This worked really well and finally allowed me to get some sleep!

She is getting the potty training and has gone to the back door herself a couple of times to let us know she needs to go. I can tell she is very eager to please us and is a quick learner.

We are so excited to have found our little pup – thanks again for everything!"

We recently got some updated photos of Emma, now around 5 months old. Monica and Roger love her very much and as we can see, she is settling right in to their home.
