Carol and Tom had hoped to adopt Ginger (the cute Doxie in the photo
below) from another rescue group, but were under the impression that
she was no longer available.
They quickly applied with PUP for their second choice, our little
Terrier/Chihuahua, Mickey. They also inquired about Bradley, our Pom/Chi
mix, thinking he would be a good match for their father. When told
that Mickey and Bradley were actually great foster friends, they
decided they didn’t want to separate the pair and adopted Bradley
for themselves.
A
few days later they heard from the other rescue group who had
apparently held Ginger for them! Now that they had Mickey and
Bradley, they thought they would just foster Ginger until they could
find her a new home. But of course they fell in love with her and
decided to adopt her as well. They quickly went from a no-dog
household to a three-dog household! |
