Sherman, our Shih Tzu/Pug was adopted by Becca. She has renamed him Bob and sent this update:

"Thanks for helping Sherman find his new home! I think he is just the cutest thing I have ever seen and he is such a GOOD dog. I have changed his name to Bob, he has already learned it, and he has settled in to life in our house just fine. 

Barney (my Terrier/Basset) and Bob get along, although they don't interact much.... Barney is just too geriatric...but I think that both of them like having another one of "their people" here when I am gone.

Bob is bonding with me and gets so excited every time I come home. I am still working on getting him comfortable with the dog door, but he is doing a good job. He doesn't bark except for when he is supposed to (i.e. when the pizza guy comes and when really big fireworks BOOM!) He will be going on his first camping trip with me in a couple of weeks.

Thanks so much, Bernadette (PUP foster) for doing such a good job of getting him back to health so he could come to live here. I just love him!"
