Hannah's Story

Provide for your pet's future without you

Hannah's person passed away. She was handed off to the family who then turned her into the shelter. When she arrived, her eyes were matted shut and terribly infected.

We never like to think we won't be here tomorrow to love and take care of those closest to us, including our pets, but that day does come unfortunately.

To make sure your pets are cared for in the manner you wish, please make arrangements for them now.

This way, possibly, they will have a better time of adjusting to your loss in the hands of those who will love and care for them, instead of ending up as our little Hannah did.

There can be much confusion surrounding a person's unexpected illness or death. At these times, the pets of the family are often overlooked. The Humane Society of the United States has abundant information on planning ahead for your pets if something should happen to you.
