Gloria adopted sweet Bobby at the end of 2006, and in March, 2008
sent this update. It sounds like this little guy is doing
great!
What can I say about this guy....he has completely
taken over the house, me, and my other dog Maggie, not to mention
one sock of every pair I own. He hides them all over the place,
cannot figure out the reason he loves my socks so much but he will
fight you to the end for them, he will even dare you to try and
touch one of them after he hides it...he is such a character.
He and Maggie are madly in love, very possessive of
one another. They sleep under the covers together holding each
other. Every day they play for hours. Maggie even taught Bobby
to do his business outside. If any man comes into the house and pays
attention to Maggie he will come over and let you know that she is
his woman. Same with Maggie - if any lady comes to the house
and pays attention to him she immediately lets you know that he's
her man...they are so cute. They still sleep together, however Bobby
at times snores so loud that Maggie will get up and hit him in the
face to stop, he just rolls over on his back and continues on, she
will leave and go sleep on the couch. They are like an old couple
married for several years.
He is the King of the neighborhood, every one loves
him. He sits in the window everyday and watches out for strangers
and other folks. His job I guess. He takes very good care of Maggie,
grooms her everyday, keeps her face and feet clean.
I was really hesitant to have two animals but I sure
am glad Bobby has come into our lives. He makes us all laugh
all the time and he is such good company for Maggie, he will do the
strangest stuff at any given time. Maggie is much older than him and
I hate to see the day
